Each year, Distributors complete an Annual Partner Questionnaire to evaluate Morningstar’s performance concerning several key metrics. The latest evaluation for year 2015 once again rated Morningstar’s overall performance as significantly better than that of other suppliers. Superior marks were recorded for Product Quality, On-time Delivery, Account Management, Order Processing, Technical Support, and Marketing Support. Suggestions regarding future training, product features, and foreign language translations were also submitted and this feedback will be carefully considered. For over 20 years, Morningstar has maintained a consistent corporate strategy, distribution partnership, and loyal team of employees. While significant changes over the years have impacted many in the solar industry, Morningstar has enjoyed steady growth and is poised to provide the world’s leading solar controllers and inverters well into the future.
